Vintage Rare Campagnolo Super Record 27.2 "CIOCC" Seat Post Black Anodize Road

Vintage Rare Campagnolo Super Record fluted and painted seat post. This has the bicycle brand "CIOCC" pantographed on the front and rear.
Pat. Brev. Campagnolo is also scripted above the "CIOCC" on the front.
There is a scale size pantograph etched on the side also. I've never seen this on any campagnolo seat post. But there it is! Ultra rare?
It is a 27.2 (scripted on the back of post).  It has about 6 fluted slots. 2 are red, 2 are green and 2 are white.
It needs a little help as far as the paint or anodizing goes. But the hardware is still good. Not stripped or marred. Please see pictures before buying. Ask questions if you have any. Let me know if I left a thing out. Thanks
