    Description

    Used, Vintage, Jim Blackburn Quick Connect Aluminum Slots for Panniers.   These slots connect securely to a Jim Blackburn rack.   6 and 1/2 one-half inches long.   Each attaches to the rack with a special bracket.   All hardware (four original brackets and screws) are included.

    Two of the attached photos show these pannier slots attached to an actual Blackburn rack as an illustration of how they attach to the rack.
    I'm not exactly sure how old these are, but I suspect they are fairly old.
