    Description

    Used, Vintage, Jim Blackburn Quick Connect Aluminum Slots for Panniers.   These slots connect securely to a Jim Blackburn rack.   6 and 1/2 one-half inches long.   Each attaches to the rack with a special bracket.   All hardware (four original brackets and screws) are included.

    I'm not exactly sure how old these are, but I suspect they are fairly old.
