Vintage Elna Transforma Sewing Machine Green w/ Case working 1958-64 23lbs

Here we have a wonderful vintage family used ELNA TRANSFORMA model sewing machine.   There is wear on the wheel but otherwise the green color is good on machine and case.   It weighs 22 pounds and the case is all metal.  It was regularly serviced in Inglewood, CA.  This particular model was made from 1958-1964.   Pretty sure it was purchased new.  It is type 722010.   There is nothing else with the machine.  It does turn on and the light works.  When the knee push is moved the bobbin does go up and down.  I did not have it threaded.  It is a heavy duty old school industrial machine so it is a bit loud but does what it is supposed to and has for years.

The Transforma was designated model ET. This was an Automatic Free Arm machine with independent interchangeable single profile Discs/Cams. Needle Positioning, Forward and Reverse and Knee Control.  The case opens and becomes a work surface that the machine slides into to allow you to manipulate fabric for sewing purposes.
