    Classic Shimano Stainless Steel front brake cable hanger for Centerpull or Cantilever brakes.
    Fits on the top of a 1” fork steerer underneath the top nut of the headset.
    Classic mountain or touring bike.
    I am pretty sure the material is Stainless Steel (see pictures).
