Sand Tiger Shark Monitor Marine Sanctuary Fish USA Maximum Card

The USPS' Monitor National Marine Sancutary stamp featuring a Sand Tiger Shark from the recently released National Marine Sanctuaries issue has been affixed to a postcard that features a sand tiger shark.  The stamp is tied to the card with an unofficial First day of issue postmark from Hatteras, NC.  The administrative offices for the Monitor National Marine Sanctuary are located in Hatteras, NC.  This fully-concordant, collector-realized maximum card would make a great addition to any topical collection of marine life, sharks, fish, etc.   Somehow, this card received a postmark 2 days before its first day of issue.
