Polar Bear Arctic Wildlife Maximum Card Scott #3291

The USPS' Polar Bear stamp from the 1999 Arctic Wildlife issue has been affixed to a postcard that also pictures Polar Bears.   The stamp is tied to the card with a pictorial postmark from North Pole, AK.   This fully-concordant, collector-realized maximum card would make a great addition to any topical collection of bears,  the Arctic, wildlife, fauna, etc.
