Operating System
This device has a new install of macOS 10.15, Catalina setup with an admin account. We will provide the buyer with the username and password. If you would like us to factory reset the OS for you, please message us directly after purchasing or leave us a note at checkout, otherwise it will be sent with the admin account we have setup.
Shipping
We will ship it fully insured via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail (at our discretion). It will be sent with a signature on delivery within 1 business day and we will upload the tracking number. We also have a few expedited FedEx Express options available as well if you need your package sooner.

Any liquid damage, abuse, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty and will void your warranty. If your device was opened, repaired, or upgraded by you or any third party this will also void your warranty. The warranty is only valid within the United States and does not apply to international purchases. The device must be returned in the same condition that it was received. We have the option to repair, replace, or refund. Please contact us within the 60-day period to report any issues.
