MacBook Pro (Late 2016) Loaded - Needs Some Replacements

Refer to the images provided and note that in 2017 this 13" MacBook Pro was purchased for ,500.  When it was bought, every possible upgrade was selected.
DISCLOSURE:  Important to note that after about a year a 24" desktop monitor was bought to be paired with this MacBook Pro.  After three years of reliable use, keys doubled or tripled on their own.  When the lid was opened I could tell that the keyboard was warped and bowed resulting in some keys being pressed down against the frame.  The issue wasn't diagnosed professionally but bowing of the keyboard is typically sourced from a swollen battery and likely came from the MacBook being on 24-hours per day with the lid shut.
This MacBook Pro 13" is still beautiful, and as you can see from the first image it was protected by a cover designed specifically for this model.  It will come with the charger shown in the first image.
Likely needs a new battery, a new keyboard, or both,  I am not a professional and I have provided the specs as best as I could, knowing that with whatever upgrade was available at the time, I bought the most expensive one.  It has been restored to the factory settings, so press Control-R at startup.
