A simple machine to use, the HD1000 BE has all the basic features that you could need for any type of sewing. It offers 14 built-in stitches, including a 4-step buttonhole stitch, a stitch selection dial, easy stitch width and length adjustment for sewing fabrics of different thicknesses, a 3-piece feed dog, drop feed, extra-high presser foot lift, and easy snap-on presser feet. The HD1000 BE also has a reverse stitch lever for secure backstitching, push-pull bobbin winding, and a front-loading oscillating hook bobbin.
Standard accessories that come with the Janome HD1000 BE include a universal, zipper, zigzag, buttonhole, and hemmer presser feet, a set of needles and bobbins, machine tools, and a handy hem guide. Bonus bundle machines also include an Ultraglide resin presser foot, a set of leather needles, and a hard case.

Returns
-  If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product (according to UPS or Fed-Ex delivery records). Simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (Note: No RMA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number, so be sure to contact us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual original shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be refunded less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is no restocking fee.
