    Very nice 1912 medal ribbon for sons of Veterans of the Civil War meeting for the Grand Army of the Republic Department of New York meeting or encampment in Rochester New York.  This medal or ribbon was for Milton E. Gibbs Division Commander who at this meeting gave one of the opening speeches.  He was also a judge for the New York Courts, and appellate courts.  This is enameled bronze.
