    Antique Gerz of West Germany hand painted beer Stein. Condition is “used”. Steins originated in the 14th century as a result of bubonic plague and several invasions of flies in Europe, Germany. Germany established laws to require beverage containers to be covered for sanitary reasons.
    Military pulling Governor in sleigh. Embossed, hand painted. This Stein is rare, and beautiful! Whoever owned if before loved it, and took very good care of it. I wish I knew the story behind it, and who owned it.
