Perma-White Mildew-Proof Exterior Paint.
Perma-White is a high-performance water-based exterior house paint that resists mildew. Mold & Mildew-Proof paint film is guaranteed for 5 years. The durable, long-lasting finish is guaranteed for 15 years. It is self-priming and sticks to surfaces without sanding. Perma-White resists fading, cracking, and peeling. Perma-White comes in a brilliant white that can be tinted with up to 2 oz. of universal colorant. Recommended for exterior siding, fascia, soffits, trim, doors, and foundations. Not recommended for floors. Surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry, and in sound condition. Mildew must be removed (killed) before painting. Perma-White covers up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon. Rough or porous surfaces will require more.
