  • Condition: Original decals and finish! No cracks or rewelds! Most of these have cracks at the seat post down tube at the keyhole! This one does NOT! Moderate chips and damage to the finish, slight crank knock on one side, really only a finish issue, a slight gouge (1/16") where the chain rubbed the inside of the loop at the tail (as pictured). This is NOT a powder coated frame, which was NOT a process back then, and seriously reduces the value! Powder coating is easily identified, because the serial # gets filled up, and is vague. This frame should be kept original, but if you paint it using a similar process as SE Racing did back then.

    This frame is an original 1984 SE Racing PK Ripper Looptail Old School Vintage frame! This is one of the most desirable vintage frames! This one has no cracks or re welds! Almost every one of these sold in the recent past has had cracks at the seat post tube near the keyhole! Cracks of any kind are a SERIOUS FLAW! This frame is free from cracks!

    Beware of powder coated frames, as that was NOT a finishing process back then! And it is OBVIOUS, as the serial #'s get filled up, and become vague.
    This is a rare vintage collectible, in condition that is above the standard in which you will commonly find this!
