Original late 19thc regimental porcelain beer stein from Germany that features a great looking hand painted exterior and includes 2 lithopane images inside lid and bottom...Stein belonged to Sgt Eisenbakn who served in 96/98 engineering battalion..shows scenes on exterior of building a railroad,tavern scene etc..its artist signed J.Maier and lid has a glass peaked cover with color image that is also a lithopane on inside-base also has a lithopane image with b/w image of a soldier...its all in nice shape with no damages or excessive wear..its 9"..looks and displays well and is guaranteed original and authentic ....Shipping is via USPS in US and overseas….always glad to combine on multiple buys when possible
