Description

Sixteen different large (5" X 7") unused postcards from the United States Postal Service. All published in 1997 and all showing various images of stamps depicting the Madonna and Child. Since 1966, the USPS has issued a Christmas stamp portraying the Madonna and Child. These postcards show 15 such stamps. The 16th postcard shows a compilation of the 15 individual cards. The back provides a description of the artwork that the stamp design was based upon. These are post cards only and still need postage applied before mailing. Do not confuse these with Postal Cards in which postage is preprinted on the card.  Great stuff for the postcard collector, or fan of Christmas.
